AMENDMENT TO MOU <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AND THE SANTA ANA WORK CENTER <br />This Amendment to Memorandum of Understanding, dated July 20, 201 1, is between the City of <br />Santa Ana (City) and the Santa Ana WORK Center. <br />RECITALS <br />The Parties entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) allowing the WORK Center to <br />utilize Suite 100 of the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC) to provide a <br />computer lab for WORK Center clients. <br />The WORK Center has requested additional time to move the lab and return the space to the City. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said MOU, and subject to all the <br />terms and conditions of said MOU, except those amended in this First Amendment to MOU, the <br />parties agree as follows: <br />1. The Term of said MOU shall be extended through September 30, 201 1 . <br />2. During the extended Term, WORK Center shall continue to pay a monthly user fee of <br />$2,166.67. <br />3.
