<br />SCHEDULE AND COSTS <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br /> <br />It is anticipate that this effort can be completed in approximately 12 weeks duration <br />after approval. <br /> <br />COSTS <br /> <br />Costs for the scope of work defined in this document will be $150.600, which will be <br />broken down into 4 progress payments. Any additional work, outside of this scope of <br />work will be performed on a time and materials basis. <br /> <br />In addition to monetary compensation, SAPO agrees to provide SoftMaster with the <br />right to use the software code from the IR2 reporting system, and to incorporate this <br />code as a component within SoftMaster's Integrated Reporting and Records or other <br />products, and to resell or reuse such resulting software without limit. This does not <br />preclude SAPO from sharing the IR2 software with other public agencies if required <br />by law. However, SAPO is not granted any rights to sell or redistribute SoftMaster <br />developed software to other parties. <br /> <br />6 <br />
