Exhibit 3 <br />■■ SAN LORENZO SEWER LIFT STATION <br />■ F] ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT S.O ExEcurw SUMMARY <br />• Alternative Site No. 14 would be located in the parking lot of an existing commercial complex <br />(located at the southeast corner of the intersection of South Bristol Street and West Warner Avenue). <br />• Alternative Site No. 15 would be located in the parking lot of an existing commercial complex <br />(located at the southeast corner of the intersection of South Bristol Street and West Warner Avenue). <br />• Alternative Site No. 16 would be located within Carl Thornton Park (1801 West Segerstrom <br />Avenue). <br />• Alternative Site No. 17 would be located in the parking lot of an existing commercial complex <br />(approximately 3200 South Bristol Street). <br />• Alternative Site No. 18 would be located in the parking lot of an existing commercial center <br />(approximately 3300 South Bristol Street). <br />• Alternative No. 19 would be located in the parking lot of an existing commercial center <br />(approximately 3301 -3365 South Bristol Street). <br />S.6 SUMMARY OF IMPACTS, PROJECT REQUIREMENTS, MITIGATION MEASURES, AND CONCLUSIONS <br />S.6.1 EFFECTS FOUND NOT TO BE SIGNIFICANT <br />The scope of this EIR has been narrowed to six (6) subject areas through the completion of an Initial Study <br />prepared by the City of Santa Ana pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15063 and CEQA Statute Section <br />21002.1(e), as well as consideration of public comment received by the City on this EIR's NOP. The Initial <br />Study, NOP, and public comments received in response to the NOP, are attached to this EIR as Appendix A. <br />Subject areas for which the Initial Study concluded that impacts would be clearly less than significant and <br />that do not warrant further analysis in this EIR include: Aesthetics, Agricultural Resources, Biological <br />Resources, Cultural Resources, Geology and Soils, Land Use and Planning, Mineral Resources, Population <br />and Housing, Public Services, Recreation, and Utilities and Service Systems (except wastewater). The EIR <br />addresses these topics in Section 4.4, Effects Found Not To Be Significant. <br />S.6.2 IMPACTS OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT <br />Table S -1, Mitigation, Monitoring, and Reporting Program, provides a summary of the proposed Project's <br />environmental impacts. Also presented are the Project's design features and the mandatory regulatory <br />requirements that would serve to reduce or avoid impacts, as well as the mitigation measures imposed on the <br />Project by the City of Santa Ana to further avoid adverse environmental impacts or to reduce their level of <br />significance. <br />PAGE S -9 <br />
