Contract Award for Fit Test Machines <br />January 17, 2012 <br />Page 2 <br />The equipment will be acquired using the US Communities Government Purchasing Alliance. <br />Santa Ana City Ordinance No. NS -2312 authorizes the City to purchase against contracts from <br />any public agency utilizing a competitive bid process. Mallory Safety & Supply Company's <br />contract for fit test machines was awarded as a result of open competitive bidding by the County <br />of Fairfax, Virginia, under the US Communities purchasing alliance and meets the City's <br />requirements. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the FY 2009 UASI Grant fund account (accounting no.12514407- 63001, <br />Activity 10427101182). <br />Paul M.
