Agreement for CALGreen and LEED Training <br />January 17, 2012 <br />Page 3 <br />To serve the maximum number of attendees, classes will be conducted on a quarterly schedule <br />beginning in February 2012, and will be completed by October 15, 2012 to coincide with grant <br />deadlines. However, it is anticipated that the CPUC will extend the grant period for an additional <br />year. Should that occur, this agreement may be extended to coincide with the revised grant <br />ending date. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds for the training will initially be expended from the Public Works Administration activity for <br />Contract Services - Professional Accounts (accounting unit 10117601 - 62300).
