This constitutes a material breach of your contract with Pinnacle <br />Landscape Company. Due to this material contractual breach, we are notifying you of our 30-day <br />notice of intent to terminate the landscape maintenance services at your property known as City of <br />Santa Ana District 3; our last day of service will be January 13, 2012. <br />Should you need to have your new landscape company start earlier then the termination date <br />above, please let us know and we will arrange to adjust the billing for the days worked on the <br />property. <br />If there is anything that we can do to make this transition easier for you, please let us know.
