This Agreement shall be <br />administered by the County of Orange Social Services Agency Director or <br />designee, hereinafter referred to as "ADMINISTRATOR." <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, COUNTY desires to contract with CONTRACTOR for the provision of <br />vocational training activities and work experience; and <br />WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR agrees to render such services on the terms and <br />conditions hereinafter set forth; <br />WHEREAS, such contracts are authorized and provided for pursuant to <br />California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 11200 et seq., also known as <br />the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKS) Act of <br />1997: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />EXHIBIT 1 <br />(WAM0811) 1 of 40 (December 22, 2011) <br />all :151 <br />
