Such description shall include, but not be limited to: 8.3.3.1 The term duration of any rental, lease or license agreement; 8.3.3.2 The amount of monetary consideration to be paid to the lessor or licensor over the term of the rental, lease or license agreement; 8.3.3.3 The type and dollar value of any other consideration to be paid to the lessor or licensor; 8.3.3.4 The full names and addresses of all parties to any agreement concerning the real property and a listing of liens (if any) thereof, together with a listing by full names and addresses of all officers, directors and stockholders of any private corporation, and a similar listing of all general and limited partners of any partnership which is a party. 8.3.4 A listing by full names of all of CONTRACTOR'S officers, directors and /or partners, members of its administrative and advisory boards, staff and consultants, who have any family relationship by marriage or blood with a party to any agreement concerning real property referred to in Subparagraph 8.3.3, immediately above, or who have any present or future financial interest in such person's business, whether the entity concerned is (WAM0811) 12 of 40 41 = (December 22, 2011)
