INTRODUCTION. <br />This firm represents Santa Ana California Lodges, LLC, owner of the improved <br />property located at 2909 S. Bristol Street, Santa Ana, California. This correspondence <br />constitutes our supplemental written comments on and objections to the Recirculated <br />Final EIR ( "RFEIR ") for the San Lorenzo Sewer Lift Station Project ( "Project "). These <br />comments are based, in part, on responses to comments on the Recirculated Draft EIR <br />( "RDEIR "), along with California Public Record Act requests precipitated by release of <br />both the RDEIR and RFEIR. <br />Please ensure that all communications from the City of Santa Ana ( "City ") to our <br />client regarding the Project are also promptly copied to our office. All objections, <br />including those regarding proper notice and due process, are expressly reserved, and all <br />prior objections are incorporated herein by reference. Please also ensure that notice of all <br />hearings, actions, events and decisions related to the Project are timely provided to this <br />office. <br />II. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS INACCURATE AND MISLEADING. <br />For nearly three years — through a Mitigated Negative Declaration, litigation, and a <br />prior EIR so faulty that the City admitted recirculation was necessary — the public and the <br />55A -134 <br />
