M. Exhibit 2 to this MOU sets forth the names of non -sworn SAFBA members who shall <br />be offered employment, the class or job title being offered and the OCFA salary step <br />at which the non -sworn SAFBA member shall be placed on the date of hire. <br />16. Ratification and Execution. The City and SAFBA have reached an understanding as to <br />certain recommendations to be made to the City Council for the City of Santa.
