M. To lease, acquire, construct, operate, maintain, repair and manage <br />new or existing facilities as well as to close or discontinue the use <br />of such facilities. <br />N. To levy and collect payments and fees for services, provided that <br />paramedic or ambulance user fees shall be approved by the <br />member(s) affected. <br />O.
