discretion of that appointing body. Any vacancy shall be filled in the same manner as <br />the original appointment of a Director and /or alternate. With approval of the Board, a <br />Director or alternate may be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in the <br />conduct of the business of the Authority. <br />3. Principal Office. The principal office of the Authority shall be the Fire <br />Department's Water Street headquarters or as may be otherwise designated by the <br />Authority from time to time. <br />4. Meetings. <br />A. The first and organizational meeting of the Authority shall be held at <br />its principal office on the Effective Date. At that meeting, the Board may determine <br />whether to adopt a rotation system of two (2) and four (4) year terms to provide for <br />increased continuity on the Board and shall classify themselves into any groups <br />selected. <br />B. The Board shall meet at the principal office of the Authority or at <br />such other place as may be designated by the Board. The time and place of the regular <br />meetings of the Board shall be determined by resolution adopted by the Board, and a <br />copy of such resolution shall be furnished to each party hereto.
