then current term to give written notice to the clerk of the Authority of their intent to <br />renew. <br />(3) If the Board, by two- thirds vote of all Directors, adopts a <br />different minimum membership term pursuant to Article IV., Section 3. G., then cities <br />shall have until June 30 of the last year of the then current term to give written notice to <br />the clerk of the Authority of their intent to renew. <br />Cities that do not give the notice required by B. (2) and (3) above shall be <br />deemed to have elected to withdraw, effective June 30 of the first year of the next <br />succeeding term. Until the effective date of withdrawal, such cities shall be governed by <br />the changes adopted by the Board. <br />C. Removal From Board After Notice of Withdrawal. In the event a <br />notice of withdrawal is given by a city, or deemed to have been given, that city's <br />representative shall be removed from the Board of Directors. <br />D.
