6. Severability. Should any part, term, or provision of this Agreement be <br />determined by a court to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining portions or <br />provisions of this Agreement shall nevertheless be carried into effect. <br />7. No Continuing Waiver. No waiver of any term or condition of this <br />Agreement shall be considered a continuing waiver thereof. <br />8. Successors. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding <br />upon any successors or assigns of the members. No member may assign any right or <br />obligation hereunder without the written consent of a majority of all of the Directors of <br />the Board. <br />9. No Third Party Beneficiary.
