4. Permitted Testine. In addition to the investigations and other activities <br />Licensee is permitted to undertake on the Property pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, <br />Licensee is hereby granted the right to engage in further environmental assessment and testing on <br />the .Property, consisting of soil sampling on the Property. <br />5. Ratification. Except as specifically set forth in this Amendment, all <br />provisions of the Agreement shall be unmodified. and shall remain in full force and effect. The <br />Agreement as amended by this Amendment is hereby ratified and confirmed. <br />G. Counterparts and Facsimile. This Amendment may be executed in <br />multiple counterparts, each of which, when taken together shall constitute fully executed <br />originals.
