City of Santa Ana SOW v4.9 <br />Program Report <br />Task 5 - Ramp-Down and Shut-Down Program <br />A. Program Ramp-Down: If there is a gap in Program services after October 15, 2012, <br />Implementer will provide SCE with a ramp-down plan for the Program. To ensure complete <br />Program shut-down, the Program ramp-down period will commence no later than September <br />1, 2012. Implementer's plan for Program ramp-down will take into consideration that all <br />services described in Tasks 1, 2, 3 and 5 must be completed by October 15, 2012. <br />Implementer will resolve all outstanding Program issues and begin preparation of the Final <br />Report beginning September 1, 2012. <br />B. Program Shut-Down: Implementer will provide to the CPM a plan with procedures on <br />shutting down the Program. <br />All Program operations will be completely shut down after the last day of the Contract <br />effective period. <br />Deliverable(s) Due Date(s) <br />1. Submit detailed ramp-down and shut-down plans <br />and schedules to CPM for review and approval No later than September 1, 2012 <br />2. Resolve outstanding Program issues and begin <br />preparation of Final Report No later than September 1, 2012 <br />3. Begin Program ramp-down No later than September 1, 2012 <br />4. Complete all services - Tasks 1, 2, 3, and 5 No later than October 15, 2012 <br />Task 6 - Submit Final Program Report <br />After Program shut-down and follow-up issues have been completed and resolved, the <br />Implementer will submit a final report that reviews the Program's progress and accomplishment <br />(the "Final Report"). At a minimum, the Final Report will cover: <br />A. Goal Attainment: Documentation that substantiates the Implementer's achievement of the <br />objectives, Program Performance Indicators, and deliverables for the Contract. <br />Southern California Edison Company Page: 12
