Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2011 -02 for 1302, 1306 and <br />1310 East Fourteenth Street. <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2011 -09 for 1302 East Fourteenth Street as <br />conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On January 23, 2012, the Planning Commission recommended that the City Council adopt a <br />resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2011 -03 for 1302, 1306 and 1310 East <br />Fourteenth Street; adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2011 -02 for 1302, <br />1306 and 1310 East Fourteenth Street; and adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2011 -09 <br />for 1302 East Fourteenth Street as conditioned by a vote of 6:0 (Turner absent) to allow the <br />construction of a new single - family residence at 1302 East Fourteenth Street. As part of this <br />request, two adjacent parcels are also proposed to be redesigned from commercial to a <br />residential general plan land use and zoning designation; and approval to reduce the required <br />prevailing front yard setback at 1302 E. Fourteenth Street. The Planning Commission made no <br />changes to the recommended conditions of approval outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit <br />A). <br />75C -1 <br />
