Construct an American Disability Act concrete ramp as well as slurry seal and re- <br />strip the parking lot per City of Santa Ana PCO No. 6 dated 10/29/12. <br />AGREED COST = $ 5,400 <br />3. Remove and replace deteriorated concrete paths throughout the park per City of <br />Santa Ana PCO #07 dated 10/29/2012. <br />FINAL COST = $ 35,984 <br />4. Construct a bio -swale featuring river rock and boulders, landscaping and irrigation <br />modification per City of Santa Ana PCO #11 dated 1/2/2013 along the bike trail. <br />AGREED COST = $ 11,850 <br />5.
