EXHIBIT 1 <br />BROADWAY AND SYCAMORE STREET REWIRING PROJECT <br />PART 1— SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Broadway Circuit has approximately 5000 linear feet of wiring <br />The Sycamore Circuit has approximately 2500 linear feet of wiring <br />Scope of work includes the following: <br />• Install 3 new service pedestals per plans and specifications <br />• Remove existing cable from conduit. <br />• Intercept existing conduit and install new conduit and pull boxes to connect to new <br />service point as shown on plan. <br />• Re -wire system using existing conduit. <br />• Replace any deteriorated conduit only if it is impossible to pull the new wire through. <br />• Remove and salvage existing fixtures. <br />• Rewire poles and install new fuses, fixtures, lamps etc. per City Standard #1126 -F. <br />Material List: <br />• Fixtures: <br />Broadway: Antique Ballasts <br />Ballast socket assembly A25 150S MOG PWT GR5 TB 150W multi -tap ballast <br />w /starter (56 + 4 spare) <br />Sycamore: Ameron Ballasts <br />ELECASSY- N "AC07MH w/ Type 5 refractor 240v 70w Metal Halide PULSE <br />START 70W multi -tap ballast w /starter (20 +2 spare) <br />• Wire: #8 THW red, black, green/ #12 THW red, black, green <br />• Lamps: Broadway: 150W HPS <br />Sycamore: Philips CDM 70 /C /U /M MH LAMP (26 + 2 spare) <br />• Conduit: 2" Schedule 80 PVC <br />• Fuses: 240V l0A with holder per City Standard 41126 -F Broadway 2 per pole <br />Sycamore 1 per pole <br />• Service Pedestals: Milbank MILCP3B1 1115A22SP33 120/240V w/ GFI duplex receptacles; <br />base MILCP 16PDMNTCALT <br />25C -12 <br />
