Also address integrity) <br />The Emison-Georgieff House is an architecturally distinguished residence, blending the Spanish Colonial Revival and <br />Monterey Revival styles, which achieves added prominence through its generous scale and prominent location. The address <br />first appears in the 1928 Orange County Directory with Richard A. and Esse Emison listed as owners. Mr. Emison was the <br />general manager of the Santa Ana Lumber Company. The Emison resided in the house until at least 1941. In 1945 Dr. <br />James G. and Gladys C. Herring owned the house. He was a physician and surgeon. The subsequent owner Dr. Coomber <br />was also a physician.
