It also means leveraging private - public partnerships and other <br />community collaborations to bring preparedness messages to the forefront. <br />General Information: <br />The following Statement of Work (SOW) defines the principle activities and responsibilities of <br />all parties for public outreach services to support the ROC Emergency Preparedness <br />Campaign. This scope of work shall stand as an agreement between the City of Santa Ana <br />(hereinafter Santa Ana) and Westbound Communications (hereinafter WBC). <br />WBC will supply the following services: <br />o ROC Web Site Management <br />• Site content updating <br />• Social media content updating <br />• Site optimization <br />• Site maintenance <br />o ROC Advertising and Promotional Communications <br />• Paid radio advertising <br />• Social media outreach <br />• Broadcast news promotions <br />• Media /corporate promotions <br />• Publicity services <br />o Marketing Support for ROC Program <br />• Multimedia production and outreach <br />• Faith -based and citizen outreach <br />o Project Administration Services <br />No deviation of this SOW will be allowed without written consent from the Santa Ana Project <br />Manager.
