and authorizes the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency to submit <br />applications to the OCTA for Measure M2 Environmental Cleanup Program <br />funding in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) each, to <br />install storm drain facility screen /filters to reduce /remove trash from urban runoff. <br />Section 3: The City Council appoints the City Manager, or the <br />Executive Director of the Public Works Agency or his designee, as agent for the <br />City of Santa Ana to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents, <br />as well as applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests and so on, <br />which may be necessary for the completion of the project. <br />Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its <br />adoption by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and <br />certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this day of <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
