Section 6: That Section 3B Middle Management Classifications of Resolution <br />No. 91 -066, as amended, be further amended by: <br />A. Adding, in alphabetical sequence, the following full time classification title <br />at the monthly sixteen -step salary rate range indicated: <br />Classification Title 16 -Step Salary Rate Range Effective 7/1/12 <br />SRR Monthly Salary <br />Minimum - Maximum <br />Strategic Communications Manager (MM) MM -19 $7283 - $10548 <br />B. Designating the newly created classification title of Strategic <br />Communications Manager as Middle Management by assigning the parenthetical <br />identifier "(MM)" after these classification titles. <br />Section 7: That Section 3 Designation of Administrative Management Classes <br />and the Assignment of Such Classes to Salary Rate Ranges of Resolution No. 96 -095, <br />as amended, be further amended by: <br />A. Adding, in alphabetical sequence, the following full time classification titles <br />at the monthly five -step salary rate ranges indicated: <br />Classification Title _5-Step Salary Rate Range Effective 7/1/12 <br />SRR Monthly Salary <br />Minimum - Maximum <br />Benefits Supervisor (AM) AM714 $6801 - $8269 <br />Workers' Compensation Supervisor (AM) AM714 $6801 - $8269 <br />B. Designating the newly created classification titles of Benefits Supervisor <br />and Workers' Compensation Supervisor as Administrative Management by assigning <br />the parenthetical identifier "(AM)" after these classification titles. <br />Section 8: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution Nos. 82 -110, 91 -066 and 96 -095, as amended, shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />Section 9: This Resolution shall be operative from and after July 1, 2012. <br />ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 2012. <br />Miguel A.
