EXHIBIT B <br />PAYMENT MILESTONES <br />Consultant's fee to complete the management assessment and options study is $29,875, including three <br />site meetings as outlined above and producing the draft and final written report. This fee does not include <br />the reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses. The fee is based on Consultant's estimate of the time <br />required to complete the scope of services outlined above.
