6. "Coverage territory" means:
<br />a.The United States of America (including its territories
<br />and posmeodoms).Puerto Rico and Canada;
<br />b. International waters or mi,spaca, but only if the
<br />injury or damage ouuuno In the mouse of travel or
<br />transportation between any pUonom Included In a,
<br />mbuve;or
<br />c.All other parts o{the world ifthe Injury ordamage
<br />arises out of:
<br />(1) Goods orproducts made or sold by you in the
<br />territory described inm.above;
<br />(2) The activities of person whose home Is in the
<br />territory described In a. obova, but is away for
<br />short time onyour business; o/
<br />(3) "Pnnauno| and advertising Injury" offenses that
<br />take place through the |niamyt or similar
<br />electronic means o[communication
<br />provided the inaured' damages is
<br />determined in the United States of America (including its
<br />territories and Possession$), Puerto Rico or Canada, In a
<br />"suit" on the merits according to the substantive law In
<br />such territory or in a settlement we agree to.
<br />7. "Employee" includes m "leased worker, "Employee"

<br />12. "Insured contract" means:

<br />portion of the contract for a lease of premises that
<br />indemnifies any person n,organization for damage
<br />by fire, lightning or explosion to promises while

<br />of any railroad property and affecting any railroad

<br />surveyor for injury ordamage arising out of,

<br />or aumoy¢r, assumes liability for an injury or
