6. "Coverage territory" means:
<br />a.The United States of America (including its territories
<br />and posmeodoms).Puerto Rico and Canada;
<br />b. International waters or mi,spaca, but only if the
<br />injury or damage ouuuno In the mouse of travel or
<br />transportation between any pUonom Included In a,
<br />mbuve;or
<br />c.All other parts o{the world ifthe Injury ordamage
<br />arises out of:
<br />(1) Goods orproducts made or sold by you in the
<br />territory described inm.above;
<br />(2) The activities of person whose home Is in the
<br />territory described In a. obova, but is away for
<br />short time onyour business; o/
<br />(3) "Pnnauno| and advertising Injury" offenses that
<br />take place through the |niamyt or similar
<br />electronic means o[communication
<br />provided the inaured' damages is
<br />determined in the United States of America (including its
<br />territories and Possession$), Puerto Rico or Canada, In a
<br />"suit" on the merits according to the substantive law In
<br />such territory or in a settlement we agree to.
<br />7. "Employee" includes m "leased worker, "Employee"
<br />does not Include a"temporary workmr".

<br />b. Your fulfilling the terms ofthe contractor agreement.
<br />12. "Insured contract" means:
<br />a, Acontract for a lease ufpremlsea However, that
<br />portion of the contract for a lease of premises that
<br />indemnifies any person n,organization for damage
<br />by fire, lightning or explosion to promises while

<br />indemnify municipality, except in connection with
<br />work for a municipality,
<br />e. Anelevator maintenance agreement;
<br />f. That part of any other contract or agreement
<br />pedaN|MQ to your business (including an
<br />indemnification of a municipality In connection with
<br />work performed for amunicipality) under which you
<br />assume the tort )|oh0iy of another party to pay for
<br />"bodily /Nuq/' o, "property dmmnaQe" to o third
<br />person or organization, provided the "bodily injury"

<br />Paragraph f. includes that part o[any contract or
<br />agreement that Indemnifies a railroad for "bodily
<br />Injury" or "property damage" arising out of
<br />construction ordemolition operations, within Sofeet
<br />of any railroad property and affecting any railroad
<br />bridge or trestle, tnaoks, mmd-beda, tunnel,
<br />underpass orcrossing.
<br />However, Paragraph tdoes not Include that part nf
<br />any contract oragreement:
<br />(1) That indemnifies. an m[nh|teot, engineer or
<br />surveyor for injury ordamage arising out of,
<br />(a) Preparing, approving, urfailing toprepare
<br />approve, mops, shop drawings, opinions,
<br />naports, mun/oys, field orders, change orders
<br />ordrawings and specifications, or
<br />(b)Giving directions orinstructions, orfailing to
<br />give them, ifthat |sthe primary cause ofthe
<br />Injury urdamage; nr
<br />(2) Under which the inau[ed, if an architect, engineer
<br />or aumoy¢r, assumes liability for an injury or
<br />damage arising out of the |n / nandVdnQ or
<br />failure torender professional services, including
<br />those listed in (1) above and supervisory,
<br />|nmpectiun, architectural or engineering activities,
