(M-30) <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701. <br />RE: Station Lease Renewal <br />Dear Ms. Huizar: <br />The National Railroad Passenger Corporation and the City of Santa Ana entered into a <br />lease dated June 30, 2005 for the passenger station at Santa Ana, CA. The lease <br />terminates on June 30, 2012. Other terms of the lease included three (3) consecutive <br />renewal terms of one (1) year. <br />The National Railroad Passenger Corporation elects to exercise its third option to extend <br />the term of this lease for one (1) additional year beginning July 1, 2012.
