Said fee shall be assessed in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for the costs actually incurred by the City based upon a rate of $81.28 per hour but in no case shall be less than $81.28. 51601VIOLATION/INVESTIGATION FEES$80.00$81.28 51602 51603When any work for which a permit is required has been 51611commenced without the authorization of such permit, an 51604investigation may be required before a permit will be issued 51606for such work. For the purpose of lot cleanup and capping of the sewer lateral, the value of the bond is to be established by the Building Official but in no case shall the bond be less than $1,000.00 per building.
