The value to be used shall be the total <br />value of all construction work for which the permit is issued <br />using the building valuation data based upon in the most <br />recent edition of Building Safety Journal published by the <br />International Code Council. The value of work performed <br />as a remodel and other valuations not published by the <br />International Code Council shall be determined by the <br />Building Official. <br />51601PARKING LOT RESURFACING AND/OR REPAINTING <br />Existing parking lot resurfacing and/or repainting, fee shall <br />be based on the value of the work performed. <br />51601UNDERGROUND TANK REMOVAL <br />Underground tank removal and backfill fee shall be based <br />upon valuation. <br />51601EXCAVATION FOR SOIL CONTAMINATION <br />Excavation and backfill related to soil contamination fee shall <br />be based upon valuation. <br />44 <br /> <br />
