CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE <br />This is to certify that the interest in the real property conveyed by the deed dated <br />May 3, 2012, from Mary Grace Neal, Trustee of the Neal Family Revocable Trust <br />date April 24, 1998 as to an undivided one half interest and Martha N.
