Prior to issuance of building permits, provide a security plan which <br />describes how the students will be supervised while living on campus. <br />The security plan shall include the use of security personnel and cameras. <br />2. Knox box access for Police personnel shall be provided at all exterior <br />gates and at the entrances to the common areas of the residential units <br />and /or buildings. <br />
