City of Santa Ana different times, of any other rights or remedies for the same default or any other default by the other Party. 26. Cooperation CONTRACTOR must cooperate with the CITY OF SANTA ANA and take all actions necessary to ensure that all terms and conditions, and required performance levels, set forth in the Contract Documents are satisfied at all times throughout the Term of the Agreement. 27. Legal Action In addition to any other rights or remedies, either Party may take legal action, in law or in equity, to cure, correct, or remedy and default, to recover damages for any default, to compel specific performance of this Agreement, to obtain injunctive relief, or to obtain any other remedy consistent with the purposes of this Agreement. 28. Amendment This Agreement may be amended only by the written mutual consent of CITY OF SANTA ANA and CONTRACTOR. 29. Additional Services CONTRACTOR shall not receive compensation for any services provided outside the scope of the Contract Documents unless such additional services are approved in writing by CITY OF SANTA ANA prior to CONTRACTOR performing the additional services. It is specifically understood that oral requests or approvals of such additional services, change orders, or additional compensation, and any approvals from the CITY OF SANTA ANA, shall be barred and are unenforceable. 30. Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts by the parties hereto. All counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute one Agreement. 31. Corporate Authority The persons executing this Agreement on behalf of the Parties hereto warrant that they are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of said Parties and that by doing so the Parties hereto are formally bound to the provisions of this Agreement.
