Does the help desk staff have access to HP bug logs, problem fix records and technical <br />documents? <br />Yes, completely. <br />1. STG has established an HP Partnership with an outlet ID of 03457300001. <br />2. With this HP partnership ID, we can tap into HP's Channel Services Network located at <br />http://h30125.www3.hp.com/csn/?hpp, and get Bug Fixes, Resolutions, Software, Service <br />Manuals and Configurations. <br />3. With this HP partnership ID, we also get access to HP's Business Center Operations (BCO) for HP <br />Certifications under its Partner Portal located at <br />http://h20375.www2.hp.com/portal/site/publicpartner- <br />portal/menuitem.92adb114d98ecc78f24af950f8039e01/ <br />4.
