Memorandum of Operations <br />City of Santa Ana WIA and EDD Wagner-Peyser Integration <br />2c) Partner Agency: <br />An agency that has entered into a Memorandum of Operations with <br />the local learning lab leadership. <br />3) Services offered (What services are we integrating and what is the <br />customer flow?) <br />The integrated service delivery system is divided into three components: <br />1. The Welcome Team is responsible for data collection, eligibility <br />verification, registration/enrollment, and referral to the appropriate next <br />steps. <br />Any SAWC team member, at any time can refer a customer to <br />appropriate services, such as: <br />¦ Workshops: Resume, Interviewing, On Line Applications, etc. <br />¦ On-Line E-Learning <br />¦ Labor Market Information <br />¦ Veteran Services <br />¦ Computer Classes <br />¦ ESL Classes <br />¦ Comprehensive Assessment <br />¦ GED Assistance <br />¦ Continued Education <br />11. The Skills Team is responsible for comprehensive assessments and <br />skills enhancement activities. <br />Customers determined to be in need of some form of skill <br />enhancement will be offered demand driven services such as: <br />¦ Occupational and vocational skills training <br />¦ OJT <br />¦ Adult Education <br />¦ Job Readiness workshops <br />¦ Customized training <br />¦ Basic Skills Remediation <br />¦ Workplace literacy <br />¦ Apprenticeship programs <br />¦ Interviewing workshops <br />¦ Tutorial programs <br />¦ Comprehensive Assessment <br />Ill. The Monitoring Team is responsible for job placement, as well as the job <br />development and promotional activities. <br />Page 2 of 14
