CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PARKING OPERATIONS AND <br />MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />EXHIBIT A-3 <br />DRAFT PARKING MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br />NON-EXCLUSIVE OPERATING AGREEMENT <br />FOR PUBLIC PARKING GARAGES & SURFACE LOT STAFFING <br />AND FIELD MANAGEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AND (OPERATOR) <br />This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 20 by and <br />between the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a charter city and municipal corporation of the <br />State of California ("City") and ("Operator"). <br />W-I-T-N-E-S-S-E-T-H <br />Recitals: <br />A. City has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the operation of the downtown <br />parking garages and surface parking lots. City desires to procure adequate and <br />efficient management of certain public parking garages and surface parking lots <br />for which it has operational responsibility, which structures are currently <br />described as follovN s: <br />Parking Garage A: 440-space garage existing on the northeast corner of <br />Broadway and Third Street. <br />2. Parking Garage B: 700-space garage on the south side of Fifth Street <br />between Bush and French Streets. <br />3. Parking Garage C: 400-space garage on the northwest corner of Birch and <br />Third Streets. <br />4. Parking Garage D: 400-space garage on the southwest corner of Fifth and <br />Main Streets. <br />Surface Parking Lot #1: 62 space surface parking lot on the northeast corner <br />of Bush and Third Street. <br />B. Operator is experienced in the operation and management of automobile parking <br />garages and surface parking lots, and is ready, able and willing to undertake the <br />operation and management of the above-described parking garages and lots. <br />25D-31
