exit to Parking Facilities for a minimum of ten (10) business days before the date the <br />adjustment becomes effective. <br />Parking rates shall at all times be posted by Operator within one place at <br />entrance and exit to the Parking Facilities on clearly legible signs of the type, ch <br />and locations approved by the Contract Administrator. Operator must install ne <br />rate signs within one month of the start date of this Agreement. All new signs r <br />compatible with existing signs at the Facility and be approved by the Contact. <br />Administrator. <br />B. Validated Parking. Validated parking shall be penitted asp; <br />the City. The City will bill those agencies authorized to validate arkilg ti <br />respective validations. The Operator shall make no other arrangements for <br />without prior written authorization by the Contract Administrator. <br />C. Monthly Parking Permits. The Operator shall issue permits and <br />monthly fees at the Parking Manager's office at the Parking Facilities. The Cit <br />establish monthly parking rates.
