All such guidelines, procedures and directions shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Operator shall maintain a current Standard Operating Procedures Manual (SOP Manual) specifying the operating procedures to be follw+ the Operator for operating within each of the Parking Facilities. b.
