Manager within ten (10) business days of the date of the notice of breach, the <br />Contract Administrator's determination shall be final. TRANSITION OF OPERATI <br />Upon the expiration of this Operating Agreement or its earlier termination, the <br />Operator agrees to cooperate fully with the City in.the smooth 4ad businesslike transition <br />of the management and operation of the Packing- Facilities to a new operator. <br />30. TITLE TO IMPROVEMENTS <br />Title to all equipment and improvements shall remain with the City. Alltigns'and <br />gate arms installed.by the Operator shall immediately upon installation become the <br />property of the Cit'. <br />31.
