• Task 5 — Recommendations and Final Report <br />Based on the selected goals and policies established in Task 4, IBI <br />Group will help develop a systematic implementation plan for the <br />conversion of the parking at SARTC to paid system. Information <br />will be documented in the final report and presented to City Council <br />as outlined in the revised proposal. <br />As part of the attached proposed scope and budget, we can also <br />work with staff to determine the interest and explore options with <br />alternative uses of parking spaces to generate revenue to cover <br />operating costs. This may include programming options such a <br />farmers market or a gathering point for food trucks, among others, <br />as a potential source of revenue. <br />
