Overtime compensated at the rate of 1.5 times the employee's regular hourly rate of pay will be <br />provided for all hours worked on excess of 40 in one work week, for the first 4 hours in excess of 8 in any <br />one workday, and for the first 8 hours on the seventh day in one workweek; and <br />2. Overtime compensated at the rate of two times the employee's regular hourly rate of pay will be <br />provided for all hours worked in excess of 12 in one workday and for all hours worked in excess of 8 <br />on the seventh day of work in one workweek. <br />All overtime will be computed on actual minutes worked, adjusted to the nearest increment of 15 minutes. <br />25D-62
