ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement, effective 12:01 A.M. 09/28/2012 forms a part of Policy <br />No. CA 344-72-45 issued to TYCO INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC <br />by NATIONAL UNION FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY OF PITTSBURGH, PA <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY.
