Install shoring, pipe supports and trench by hand due to storm drain conflict with existing sewer <br />@ Civic Center Drive (PCO #29) <br />FINAL COST $8,156.02 <br />4. Construct a vertical offset in the 12" PVC main to mitigate conflict with AT &T duct bank @ STA <br />62 +42. (PCO #31) <br />FINAL COST $ 2,410.13 <br />5. Construct waterline tie -in at night to accommodate business hours of medical clinic. (PCO #34) <br />FINAL COST $2,997.22 <br />EXTRA WORK AT AGREED PRICE <br />6.
