The contract consists of the daily operations of four office buildings, The <br />Westin Hotel, The Orange County Performing Arts Center, and The South Coast <br />Repertory theatre. The project has four garages and two surface lots with approximately <br />30,000 visitors monthly and 3,000 building employees. Central Parking System provides <br />the traffic directors, event staff, cashiers and valets for the various operations in the <br />project. The operation runs 18 hours per day, seven days per week. <br />The Offices of South Coast Plaza places great emphasis on quality customer service in all <br />areas of its operations. Therefore, this aspect of the contract has been a focal point <br />between The Offices of South Coast Plaza and Central Parking System. They have met or <br />exceeded our expectations on every level and have met all staffing requirements on a <br />continuous basis. <br />We are pleased to say that we have had a very positive relationship with Central Parking <br />System.
