Use Budget Form (Attachment B) to outline the programs budget. Budgets <br />will be reviewed for accuracy and completeness. All proposals will be <br />reviewed for costs that are allowable under WIA, necessary, reasonable, <br />and competitive, as measured by the review of the line item budget, the <br />program design and the <br />comparison to all other proposals. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
