VOUCHERS AGREEMENTS WITH DEPOT AT SANTIAGO, LP - <br />Community Development Agency <br />At its special meeting on May 14, 2013, by a vote of 5 -0 (Bist, Garcia <br />absent) the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission <br />approved the recommended actions. <br />Council discussion ensued. Councilmember Sarmiento noted that project <br />near the Train Station and across from Santiago Lofts; will provide <br />economic value and request that staff reach out to arts community. <br />Councilmember Martinez supports project.
