AVT has a 60,000 square foot facility in <br /> Corona California where all bulk products are stored for daily disbursement <br /> among a fleet of route personnel. Based on reports generated by our <br /> software programs, AVT route personnel arrives each morning at <br /> approximately 5:00 AM to load their fresh food products based on generated <br /> reports. Each driver has a daily route to service specific accounts within their <br /> designated geographical area to enhance customer service and efficiency. <br /> <br /> <br /> Customer Service and After-Service <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Hours of operation; <br /> Our hours of operations are Monday - Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with <br /> 24 Hr. emergency technician response. <br /> <br /> <br /> Process and procedures for addressing problems <br /> (e.g., machine failed to provide consumer with selected item, etc.) <br /> <br /> AVT employs a 3 point response procedure and system for addressing <br /> problems and is as follows: <br /> <br /> Every machine has an AVT phone number for calling-in problems or systems <br /> troubles. <br /> 1. Our route drivers are trained to review system operation on every visit to any <br /> vending system. <br /> 2. This includes interfacing with location primary contact to review and report <br /> issues, problems or troubles beyond their ability to respond to. <br /> 3. They write trouble and fix-it tickets for systems needing additional technician <br /> support. <br /> <br /> Refund kit and Refund slips given to every account contact <br /> <br /> Please see the following 2 pages. <br /> 1.
