Amendment to Agreement with Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc., <br />and RFP for Bus Shelter and Bench Services <br />June 17, 2013 <br />Page 2 <br />Staff is requesting City Council approval to extend the existing agreement with Clear Channel on a <br />month -to -month basis for up to 12 months for the purpose of completing a RFP process to solicit <br />proposals for the required services from qualified bus shelter and bus bench service providers. <br />Staff will return to the City Council with a recommended contract award, once the RFP evaluation <br />and selection process has been completed. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The extension of this agreement is expected to generate $20,000 per month in General Fund <br />revenue (Account 01117002- 51004). <br />Raul Godinez II, .E. <br />Executive Director <br />Public Works Agency <br />RG /CK <br />Exhibit: 1.
