O. Fees for Use of Facilities. Santa Ana residents will continue to be <br />charged for use of the courts in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />Courts 1 -9 <br />Weekdays: <br />8:00 am to 3:00 pm $3.00/hr. per person <br />3:00 pm to close $5.00/hr. per person <br />$1.00/hr. per person discount for Santa Ana residents <br />Courts 1 -9 <br />Weekends: <br />8:00 am to 1:00 pm $5.00/hr. per person <br />1:00 pm to close $3.00/hr. per person <br />$1.00/hr. per person discount for Santa Ana residents <br />Clay Court <br />Weekdays: <br />8:00 am to 3:00 pm $5.00/hr. per person <br />3:00 pm to close $7.00/hr. per person <br />$1.00/hr. per person discount for Santa Ana residents <br />Weekends: <br />8:00 am to 3:00 pm $7.00/hr. per person <br />3:00 pm to close $5.00/hr. per person <br />$1.00 /hr. per person discount for Santa Ana residents <br />Any change in this fee structure will only be permitted with the prior <br />written approval of the Executive Director in compliance with any <br />applicable law. <br />P. Accounting and Audit. Operator shall collect all fees as indicated <br />herein and agrees that it will provide the City with an annual <br />accounting, 30 days after the end of each contract year showing the <br />amount of fees collected per calendar year. Operator will also <br />provide the City with data showing the breakdown between residents <br />and non - residents using the Facilities, 30 days after the end of each <br />contract year. City may request detailed financial statements, <br />including balance sheets, profit and loss, or income statements to <br />support the accounting and Operator shall provide such <br />documentation within ten (10) days of City's request. <br />Q. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, City shall <br />approve in writing the surrender of the Facilities by Operator only <br />after being satisfied that the Facilities have been left in good and <br />clean condition, less ordinary wear and tear. <br />25G -8 <br />
