EXHIBIT A -1 <br />1. Work Plans <br />SPILL RESPONSE <br />During the past fifteen years, Ocean Blue has performed thousands of Spill Response for <br />municipalities. From our experience, we foresee following 5 types of Spill Responses. <br />1. Spill Above Ground <br />2. Spills in the Storm Drain System <br />3. Abandoned Waste Pick -Up on City Road or Property <br />4. Bio -Haz (Sewage Spill/Trauma Scene) Cleanup <br />5. Spills in Waterway. <br />On all these incidents, Ocean Blue will provide incident report with before and after pictures <br />within 1 week of completion and annual report within 2 weeks after City's fiscal year -end. <br />Please see attached 5 flow charts for our Spill Response procedures at the end of this tab. <br />STORM DRAIN FACILITY CLEANING <br />Ocean Blue has extensive experience in removing and disposing of vegetation, debris, trash, dirt <br />and as well as many other substances and material from storm drain system. <br />Prior to inspections of all catch basins, Ocean Blue will evaluate the locations of the catch <br />basins. This task will include dividing up the catch basins in groups or straight lines to inspect <br />and clean as many as possible in eight hour shifts. <br />1 <br />25E -12 <br />
