0 <br />Hazmat Emergency Responder <br />.__ City of industry, California <br />8 years <br />Eduardo Perry III is United's Primary Hazmat Emergency Responder and are on -call 24- <br />hours for dispatch and response to emergency spills involving hazardous <br />matedalslwastes. Mr. Perry is responsible for training field personnel in a classroom <br />setting, and also supervises and manages crews during spill incidents. He will be called <br />on for this project (if requested by the County) in the event that any type of hazardous spill <br />response may be required. His training for this position includes: <br />• Incident Commander Training <br />• Hazardous Materials Technician Training <br />• Certified Advanced Tank Car Specialist <br />• 40 -Hour HAZWOPER Training <br />• SCBA Certified <br />• Confined Space Entry Training <br />• Confined Space Rescue Training <br />• DOT HM -126F, HM -180 & HM -181 <br />• Bloodborne Pathogens Training <br />• CPR & First Aid Training <br />• Traffic Control Training Per Caltrans Chapter 8 Standards <br />• Certified Air Monitor Calibration & Repair Technician <br />25E -43 <br />
