available tax Fell the provisions of Santa Ana Municipal Code section 2- 153(c) shall apply. <br />(ed) Each application shall be signed by the record owner or agent for the <br />owner if notarized certificate of power of attorney is filed with the application. <br />Section 35. Section 41 -634 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />amended to read in full as follows: <br />Sec. 41 -634. Same -- Filing fees. <br />Every application under this chapter for a minor exception, variance, conditional <br />use permit or appeal to the planning commission or city council shall be accompanied by a filing <br />fee. No application shall be accepted for filing without the required fee, except that all <br />governmental agencies are exempted from the fee requirement. The city council shall from time to <br />time by resolution adopt a schedule of fees to be charged, a copy of which shall be maintained in <br />the office of the planning department. <br />Section 36. Section 41 -635 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />amended to read in full as follows: <br />Sec. 41 -635. Hearing on application -- Hearing date. <br />Upon the filing for a minor exception, variance or conditional use permit, the director <br />of of planning shall set the application for public hearing at a regular or an adjourned meeting <br />which is to be held not less than seven (7) days nor more than forty -five (45) days after the filing <br />date. <br />five (5) days RGF rneFe thaR fifteeR (15) days afteF the filing date. <br />Section 37.
